Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy: I only accept returns if the item is unopened and unused. I cannot accept used wheelchairs back. I can’t sell a used wheelchair and The new owner may not like a used chair. If the item is unused and unopened I can offer a full refund minus shipping(usually around $10) as soon as it is returned. (Buyer pays return shipping)(excluding dog and duck wheelchairs)
Cancelation Policy: As long as your wheelchair has not shipped you can cancel your order at anytime and receive a full refund. Sometimes unexpected things happen and i totally understand. (excluding dog and duck wheelchairs, these are very big and take lots of time and materials to make.)
Replacement Policy: If any item is wrong in anyway you are entitled to a free replacement or replacement parts within 1 week.
