Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

I only accept returns if the item is unopened and unused. I cannot accept used wheelchairs back. I can’t sell a used wheelchair and the new owner may not like a used chair. The previous owner might have also had a pest/virus/disease. I can’t take that chance.

No returns or refunds after the box has been opened.

If the item is unused and unopened, I can offer a refund, minus shipping costs(usually around $10 on small stuff $20+ for bigger stuff) as soon as it is returned in good shape and working order. (Buyer pays return shipping)(no returns at all for dog and duck wheelchairs. I’m more than happy to replace it for free though)


Cancelation Policy: As long as your wheelchair has not shipped you can cancel your order at anytime and receive a full refund. Sometimes unexpected things happen and I totally understand. It’s ok.

Replacement Policy: If any item is wrong, in anyway, you are entitled to a free replacement or replacement parts within 1 week. I’m happy to help!
